Just4Drivers Tours
1. What is included in a Just4Drivers Tour?
A Just4Drivers Tour includes a guided driving experience tour with route planning, route information, daily itinerary, and tour guidance.
Costs such as fuel, tolls, hotel stays, meals, car rental, and insurance are not included.
Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation. After booking a tour, we are happy to provide recommendations for suitable hotels in the area. However, accommodation reservations must be made by participants themselves.
For your convenience, we can communicate in English, Dutch, and Spanish.
2. Do I need to bring my own car?
Yes. Participants drive either their own vehicle or a self-arranged rental car. Just4Drivers does not provide vehicles or arrange car rentals. If you would like recommendations, please contact us.
3. What are the requirements to participate?
As a general rule, participants must be at least 26 years old and have held a valid driver’s licence for a minimum of 6 years. If you do not meet these requirements, participation may still be possible in certain circumstances. Please contact us to discuss your eligibility.
4. What documents and insurance do I need to arrange myself?
You are responsible for having a valid driver’s license, vehicle documents, vehicle insurance, roadside assistance, travel insurrance and — for international tours — items such as a green card (vehicle insurrance), travel documents, and visas if required.
5. Is the tour considered a race or rally?
No, absolutely not. The tour is not a race, speed competition, timed event, or rally. All driving takes place on public roads and must comply with all applicable local traffic laws and regulations.
Participants are expected to drive safely, responsibly, and courteously at all times. We place great importance on respecting local communities and other road users, and we do not tolerate behaviour that causes nuisance, attracts unwanted attention, or disrupts local residents. Each participant remains fully responsible for their own driving behaviour and compliance with the law.
6. Is alcohol allowed during the tour?
No. The use of alcohol, drugs, or any substances that may affect driving ability is prohibited before and during the tour.
7. What happens if my car breaks down during the tour?
In the event of a breakdown, damage, or accident, you are personally responsible for contacting roadside assistance, your insurer, or the emergency services where necessary.
The tour guide will make reasonable efforts to provide immediate assistance and help you assess the situation. However, the safety and continuation of the tour for the remaining participants take precedence. As a result, the tour may continue without you if the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
Just4Drivers is not obliged to interrupt or delay the tour.
8. Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, but cancellation fees apply:
- More than 60 days before the tour: 25%
- Between 30 and 60 days before the tour: 50%
- Less than 30 days before the tour: 100% of the tour price
We therefore recommend taking out travel insurance that includes cancellation coverage, in case you need to cancel your trip or are unable to attend.
9. Can I transfer my booking to someone else?
Yes, but only with approval from Just4Drivers. An administration fee of €25 applies, and the replacement participant must meet all participation requirements.
10. Will I receive a refund if I do not show up?
No. In the event of a no-show without timely cancellation, no refund or compensation will be provided. We therefore recommend that participants take out travel insurance to cover any costs that may arise if they need to cancel their trip or are unable to attend.
11. Can Just4Drivers cancel a tour?
Yes. Tours may be canceled by Just4Drivers due to extreme weather, safety concerns, insufficient participants, illness of the tour leader, or unsafe road conditions. In such cases, paid amounts will be refunded, but no additional compensation will be offered.
12. Who is responsible for traffic fines or damages?
Each participant is fully responsible for their own driving behavior, traffic fines, violations, accidents, and damages.
13. Is Just4Drivers liable for damages during the tour?
Participation is entirely at your own risk. Please review the General Terms and Conditions!
14. Will photos or videos be taken during the tour?
Yes. Photos and videos may be taken by Just4Drivers during the tour for promotional purposes, including use on social media and the company website.
15. Can I object to the use of photos featuring me or my car?
Yes. You must notify Just4Drivers in writing before the start of the tour if you object to the use of identifiable images of yourself or your vehicle.
